Double vanity bathroom with two mirrors, sconce lighting, and a fluted wood cabinet.

Primary suite bathroom with a freestanding tub, glass shower, and double vanity in one connected space.

Spa Bathroom

A freestanding tub, natural stone tile, and a palette kept deliberately quiet. Built around slowing down, not just getting clean.

Luxury Shower

A curbless, glass-enclosed shower with a rainfall head and large-format tile. The shower becomes the room's centerpiece instead of an afterthought beside the tub.

Double Vanity

Two full vanities, independent storage, and lighting set for two people getting ready at once. Built for a primary bath that actually gets used by two.

Guest Bathroom

A smaller footprint, finished to the same standard as the primary. Durable surfaces, simple fixtures, and a layout that makes the most of a compact room.

Primary Suite

Tub, shower, and double vanity considered together as one connected space, not three separate fixtures. The full primary bathroom, planned as a whole.

Not sure which way to go? Your project lead helps you land on one before anything is ordered.

Our Standard

Five principles behind every project.

Five principles behind every project. Select one to see how it's built.

Exploded bathroom wet wall: concrete slab and framing with plumbing and electrical rough-in, cement backer board, orange waterproofing membrane, combed thinset, and marble tile — keyed as structure, substrate, waterproofing, setting and finish.
Principle 01

Built Right First

Flashing and waterproofing go in before a single tile is set. What’s sealed behind the wall matters more than how it looks on the surface.

Principle 02

No Shortcuts Ever

You can’t see it once the tile is up. That’s exactly why we don’t cut corners — we build every shower the right way, behind the scenes, where it matters most.

Principle 03

One Lead

You have one vision. One lead coordinates every detail, so you can enjoy the process instead of managing it.

Principle 04

Transparent, Always

You always know what’s next. Every step is planned, communicated, and managed with complete transparency.

Principle 05

Built to Last

Durable materials are only part of the equation. Long-term performance comes from the way every layer is assembled, sealed, and detailed.

Process

What happens after you contact STRUX.

Three stages, from your first call to the final walkthrough. The same structure whether it’s a single guest bath or all three at once.

STRUX project lead with homeowners in their dated bathroom, pointing out the tiled tub surround during a free in-home assessment.
Step 1 · Typically 45–60 minutes

Free In-Home Assessment

We measure the room and look at what’s behind the tile — no cost, no pressure.

We measure the bathroom, check the existing plumbing and what the tile is covering wherever we can see it, and talk through layout and fixtures. You get a written scope and a real price range before anything is ordered.

  • No cost, no obligation
  • Room measured, existing plumbing assessed
  • Written scope and price range, not a ballpark

Step 2 · Typically 4–7 days

Permits, Demo & Rough-In

Permits are filed, the room comes out to framing, and the shower is waterproofed before any tile.

Permitting is filed and approved before demolition starts — you’ll get the current county turnaround at the assessment, not a guess. Tile, fixtures and wall board come out to the studs, plumbing is roughed in, then the shower pan and walls are waterproofed and tested. This is the layer that decides whether the bathroom holds up, and the layer you will never see again.

  • Permits filed and approved before work starts
  • Full strip to studs and subfloor
  • Shower pan and walls waterproofed and tested before tile

Step 3 · Typically 1–2 weeks

Tile, Fixtures & Finish

Tile, vanity, glass, and fixtures go in last — the only stage you’ll actually see once it’s done.

Tile, vanity, glass and fixtures go in last, followed by a full walkthrough with your project lead before we call it done.

  • Tile, vanity, glass, and fixture install
  • Full walkthrough with your project lead
  • Warranty and care guide provided

Permits, scheduling, and inspections are managed by STRUX from start to finish.

Warranty

What's covered after we leave.

Two layers of cover, both in writing, handed over at the final walkthrough.

2 years

On our workmanship

Our workmanship — waterproofing, rough-in, tile and finish work — is covered for two years from the date of your final walkthrough.

Full term

On materials and equipment

Fixtures, tile, glass and waterproofing systems carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. We register it in your name and hand over the paperwork at closeout.

Not covered: normal wear, storm or flood damage, work performed by others, and alterations made after handover. If something does go wrong, you call the same person who ran your project — not a warranty department.

FAQ

Common questions.

It's the layer that's invisible once tile goes down, and the layer that determines whether a bathroom holds up. We treat it as its own step, not something bundled into tile work.

Yes — bathroom renovations are typically contained to the room itself. If it's your only bathroom, we'll talk through access during the assessment.

Yes, through our trade partner network, coordinated as part of the same project and schedule.

Typical investment runs $20k–40k. Layout changes, tile and fixture level, and whether plumbing needs to move are the main factors. You'll get a specific range during the assessment.

Yes, permitting is part of the job, same as every STRUX project.

One named project lead, start to finish, with a response within one business day.

Two years on our workmanship — waterproofing, rough-in, tile and finish work — from the date of your final walkthrough, plus the manufacturer’s own warranty on materials and equipment, registered in your name. Normal wear, storm damage and work done by others aren’t covered.

We don’t originate financing ourselves. Most homeowners fund a project like this through a home equity line or a renovation loan. Tell me at the assessment how you’re planning to pay for it — budget shapes scope, and that’s far easier to plan around from the start than to rework later.
