Sliding Glass Doors
Wide panels that glide past each other for a full, unobstructed opening onto a lanai or patio.
Entry Doors
Impact-rated, single or French, with or without sidelights — the first impression, built to the same code as the rest of the house.
Double-Hung Windows
Both sashes move, top and bottom, for airflow control — the most common window on Florida homes.
Bay Windows
Angled panels that bow outward from the wall, adding depth, light, and a wider view than a flat window can.
Picture & Fixed Windows
Large, non-operable panes built for the view — often paired with operable windows on either side.

This is a planning-level estimate based on typical savings after replacing outdated windows — your home's size, orientation, and current condition all affect the real number. A free assessment gives you one specific to your house.

Five principles behind every project. Select one to see how it's built.

Built Right First
Flashing and weatherproofing go in before a single window is trimmed out. What’s sealed behind the frame matters more than how the frame looks on install day.

No Shortcuts Ever
Structural attachment and code-required anchoring aren’t reduced to save a step. Every opening is fastened and sealed to spec, whether or not it’s ever inspected again.

One Lead
One project lead manages your installation, from measurement to final inspection. Not a scheduling office and a separate crew who’ve never seen your file.

Transparent, Always
Product selection, measurements, and permitting timeline are confirmed before you sign. The schedule you’re given at the start is the one you actually get.

Built to Last
Every installation is rated for Florida’s wind and impact code, not just sized to fit the opening. Built for the next storm, not just this year’s.

Three stages, from your first call to install day. Most of that timeline is the product being built, not the installation.

Free In-Home Assessment
We walk every opening in person, including the hard-to-reach ones, and give you a real number and timeline before anything is ordered.
- No cost, no obligation
- Every opening measured, product tiers and budget discussed

Selection, Measurement & Permits
Once you choose a product tier, openings are field-measured to exact size, permitting is filed, and your insurer's paperwork is prepared — before anything goes on order.
- Impact-rated for Florida wind codes
- Permitting filed on your behalf
- Product-approval paperwork prepared for your insurer

Installation & Inspection
Your crew installs, flashes, and seals to spec. Then the job is walked through inspection, with one point of contact from your first call to final trim.
- Time on site depends on how many openings are replaced
- Final inspection scheduled and passed
- One point of contact, start to finish
Impact units are built to order, not pulled off a shelf. Six to ten weeks from signed proposal to install day — permitting runs inside that window, not after it.
Florida's hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30. Counting back from that, an order placed in spring is already tight. We'll give you a real date at the assessment, measured against current manufacturer lead times — not a number off a chart.
What's covered after we leave.
Two layers of cover, both in writing, handed over at the final walkthrough.
On our workmanship
Our workmanship — installation, anchoring, flashing and sealing — is covered for two years from the date of your final walkthrough.
On materials and equipment
Impact units, glass and hardware carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. We register it in your name and hand over the paperwork at closeout — the same package your insurer will ask for.
Not covered: normal wear, storm or flood damage, work performed by others, and alterations made after handover. If something does go wrong, you call the same person who ran your project — not a warranty department.
Common questions.
Most of the timeline is manufacturer lead time rather than installation itself — usually six to ten weeks from order. Installation is scheduled once product arrives.
Yes. Permitting is handled as part of the job, along with the product approval documentation your insurer will ask for.
If you're in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco County, you're in a coastal wind-borne debris zone under the Florida Building Code. That code requires wind-borne debris protection on new and replacement openings, and every product we install is tested for large-missile impact and sustained wind pressure to meet it.
We provide the product approval paperwork most carriers require for impact-rated products. Whether it changes your premium is between you and your insurer — worth a call to your agent once product is selected.
Typical investment runs $25k–45k. The main drivers are opening count, product tier and impact rating, whether structural or header changes are needed, and permitting scope.
Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding communities.
One named project lead, start to finish, with a response within one business day.
Two years on our workmanship — installation, anchoring, flashing and sealing — from the date of your final walkthrough, plus the manufacturer’s own warranty on materials and equipment, registered in your name. Normal wear, storm damage and work done by others aren’t covered.
We don’t originate financing ourselves. Most homeowners fund a project like this through a home equity line or a renovation loan. Tell me at the assessment how you’re planning to pay for it — budget shapes scope, and that’s far easier to plan around from the start than to rework later.
