Ground-up townhouse development.
Taken from land acquisition through finished homes over two years: structural concrete, masonry, large-format glazing, facades, roofing, MEP coordination, site work, budgets and schedules.
Every decision, ours to get right.
As the developer and general contractor on this project, every decision — land, budget, sequencing, trades — was managed in-house, start to finish.

- Phased, building by building
Raw ground to delivered homes.
The same sequence repeated across every unit in the terrace — over two years, not rushed to hit a single date.

Earthwork
Before foundations, the site was raw ground — cleared, graded, and trenched.

Foundations
Concrete poured to line and level, unit by unit — the part nobody sees once the slab is down.

Structure
Masonry walls raised by hand, gable by gable, through a full winter on site.

Envelope
Insulation, glazing, and standing-seam roof — the layers nobody can inspect once the render goes on.

Complete
Delivered units, with paving and planting finished rather than promised.
Multiple buildings, one continuous program.
Land acquisition, construction, and delivery were managed in-house across every building in the terrace — new foundations going in while earlier units were already handed over.
