One licensed contractor, start to finish.

Written scope and a fixed proposal before any work starts.

Planning your project

Cost, time and cover, for all three.

Your number moves with scope, selections and what we find once walls are open — the free assessment ends with a fixed proposal, not a guess.

Impact windows & doors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling across Tampa Bay. Written scope and a fixed proposal before any work starts.

  • Licensed & insured
  • One point of contact, start to finish
  • Permits handled — you never call the county

Planning a whole-home renovation? Ask what yours would involve — the assessment prices the scope before anything is committed.

How it works

What happens, in order — and when you pay.

  1. You ask for an estimate

We review your message personally and contact you within one business day.

  2. Free in-home assessment

No pressure, no obligation. It ends with a written scope and a fixed proposal, not a guess.

  3. You sign the proposal

What’s in the proposal is the price. Nothing is added to it unless you approve it in writing.

    10% deposit at signing
  4. Permit and ordering

We permit, order and take delivery first. Nothing is torn out until the permit is in and every material is on site.

    Materials when ordered and delivered
  5. The work

One named lead on the project, decisions written down as they’re made, and a weekly update whether or not anything moved.

    Progress payment when work starts
  6. Final inspection and walkthrough

The warranty is handed over in writing at the final walkthrough.

Final 10% after the permit is closed out

We keep the deposit small on purpose. A large payment up front is the most common way a homeowner loses money on a renovation, and holding the last payment until the permit is closed is what makes sure someone actually closes it.
