I’ve been building since 2008 — including running the structural work on a ten-story residential and commercial complex in Irpin, outside Kyiv, then townhouse projects and private homes. Tampa Bay is where I chose to build both my life and my company: the climate, the neighborhoods, and the way the region is growing.
One principle runs through every job: build it right before making it beautiful. What’s behind the walls matters as much as what you see when it’s finished.
Every project runs through me personally, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. We take on a limited number at a time — deliberately.
