A full single-family build carried from foundation through finished interior: structural masonry, roofing, exterior cladding, kitchens, bathrooms, and mechanical trim-out.

Ground-up townhouse development.

Taken from land acquisition through finished homes over two years: structural concrete, masonry, large-format glazing, facades, roofing, MEP coordination, site work, budgets and schedules.

New foundations went in while earlier units were already handed over. As developer and general contractor on this project, we managed every decision in-house: land, budget, sequencing, trades.
